Lifted truck, turning radius sucks!

Lifted truck, turning radius sucks!
Just trying to see if anyone else with a lifted f150 is having the same situation or more importantly has any helpful tips on how to make it better. 2015 super crew short bed with a fabtech 6 inch lift and 18 inch wheels. Don't know the offset of the top of my head but tires don't rub. My problem is the turning radius is now so God awful it takes two or three attempts to park anywhere and drive throughs are terrifying. Just wonder if changing the offset would help with this or is it because of the lift on there?

It is a problem with the Fabtech lift. They require cutting down the tie rods (pictured below). It is probably how they designed the knuckle, maybe an in-boarded tie rod end mount.
Atrocious turning radius is a common complaint with that lift. With the Rough Country, Zone and BDS lifts the increased turning radius allows the boot on the tie rod just to barely contact the strut, not enough to do damage to the boot after 10,000 miles, but we'll see...

My buddy has a 6" lift on his 2013 FX4 and when we've been in a few tight jams off road, what was about a 3 point turn for me (2" level) was about a 20 point turn for him. Yep, turning radius definitely suffers.

Is part of the problem that line of sight visibility is worse leading you to think you are closer to things than you actually are when parking? (hard to judge distance to the car in the next spot over once you can't see the car anymore)

that IS part of the problem lol when I'm close i just turn on the 360 cam n continue on
if i don't often times I'm a lot further from things than i think- like the yellow line/curb in front of the truck in a parking stall
