I have always used skyjacker on my superdutys and had good service out of them but biggest was a 4" kit on a 2011 so its kinda hard to screw up coil springs. I helped a buddy install a rough country on a tundra and was not impressed.
Definitely stay away from RC. Procomp, bds and rancho are great brands you can't go wrong with. Call those big retailers like AutoAnything.com, 4Wheelonline.com, etc. for deals, sure they will match lowest price around.

Gi_dukes! Is the comfort of your ride any different after the lift? I want to lift mine 4" but I'm worried I will lose the comfort that I have now! Can you tell me the difference in your ride? Thanks!

Aside from control arm angles, which I haven't seen any much more angled/flatter than others, unless you go with coilovers in the front, the only major difference in ride quality in any of these lifts is going to be from the rear shocks. They all utilize a strut spacer in the front and block/u-bolt in the rear maintaining factory spring rates and front struts. Also, the difference in ride quality in the rear is going to be very little from every brand's rear, white, 2" shocks. Even with upgraded shocks, the ride quality will not differ much.

The biggest change in ride comes from the stiff E-rated tires.

I chose Rough Country, but I install lift kits for a living.
Forums will tell you BDS.
If you aren't going for one of the BDS coilover setups, I recommend Zone unless you need that BDS logo on the front crossmember.
ReadyLift stuff is awesome, but it starts at 7".
SkyJacker and Pro Comp cut off the whole control arm pocket, which I'm not a huge fan of.
Fabtech is a nice kit, but requires cutting 1" of the inner tie-rod.

I have a 6" BDS with the fox coilovers. I absolutely love the kit and just the quality of BDS's kits in general. It's the only kit ill spend my money on. Then of course there is zone off road which like said above is also owned by BDS so it's made with the same quality as BDS and has the same warranty just a little cheaper. And as far as I know when putting a suspension lift on you'll always have to cut that crossmember in the front for install.

Are you 2wd or 4wd?

We have a 4" lift spindle available for the 09-15 2wd!!

This F150 has our lift spindle paired with stock struts...

This F150 has our lift spindle paired with extended length coilovers giving another 1-1.5" of extra lift

I asked the dealership to install a 4" suspension lift they had a local tire and lift shop install the Rough Country 4" suspension lift with stock rims and Cooper Courser Mastercraft MXT tires. They did no cutting and I have no rubbing or noises.

Now with stated it may be due to the stock rims and tires they installed which keeped them from having to cut, but the ride is great with little humming from the tires due to size and tread.

I think they were meaning cutting to frame components. in order to do anything other than level kit you must cut the frame where the diff gets dropped in order for it to clear.
