Maybe you over looked the first 2 letters on the part number cause they are the same number other than that. Might as well get the cheaper housings from the super duty and transfer your led lights from your F-150 and save 20 bucks.
It's hard to tell without an actual picture but the Super Duty non-LED license lamp housings (1st pic) look to be the same style as the F150 housing with the flush mount lens. The lens is recessed on the Super Duty LED housing (2nd pic).

Same style, but likely not the same part, as the mounting location on the Super Duty bumper step pad has the spring-loaded tabs and plastic ridges set up differently. That's why F-150 owners looking to do the upgrade have to do some trimming of the bumper step pad to get the LED unit to fit.

The part numbers I gave were for the Super Duty LED units, right off the box labels.

-C and -D for LED units
-A and -B for non-LED units

Bare bones work truck has the same housings in them as the lariat does, just without leds. I don't trust the factory image drawings they have on ford part sites all the time. I could be wrong but I bet the halogen ones for the super duty are the same as leds, just don't have the same bulbs. Just trying to see if we can save some guys about 20 bucks that don't want to keep the factory led bulbs.

Sorry if I come off like I was attacking you, in no way am I trying to start an argument. Just seeing if we could save some money and people could use their current led lights in the housings.

Ya, I just looked at a 2018 F350 XL and noticed the housings are the same.

I'm going to order a set to try. I have the sylvania leds and I don't have a huge issue with glare like some. Now that I saw this my ocd wants to fix it.

No worries, $20 U.S. or $27 Canadian is a bit overpriced for those circuit-board type LED bulbs.
