i got the same lights just need to install them. can you get a backup camera shot? did it affect it any?

The Super Duty light housings come with LED lights but I bought some 56 lumens lights that are brighter. I got them from Nick @ https://www.apollo-optics.com/

So it appears that those lights aren't flooding the tailgate like the stock housings with led bulbs...is that correct? Also, in some of the photos on this thread, it appears just swapping out the stock bulbs for led causes some lightwash issues with the rear camera...does that still occur when you swap out the entire housing like you did?

I couldn't stand the way the F150 license plate lights illuminated the tailgate. I replaced mine with 2017 Super Duty license plate light housings. The 24 lumens LEDs in the picture weren't quite bright enough so I replaced them with 56 lumens and now it's perfect, unfortunately I don't have pics with the 56 lumens LEDs.
