Default Leveling Kit, Uneven Tire Wear

I had a 2" Rough Country leveling kit installed on my 2015 F-150 XLT 4x4 a couple of years ago. I had a proper alignment performed at the time of installation. After 1 year I noticed significant uneven wear on the lateral side of my front tires. I had the alignment checked again and was still in factory specifications. After 2 years, I had to replace my tires due to the significant uneven wear and the lateral sides being bald. The tires were rotated at every oil change, about 3,500 miles.

So my question... What are the alignment specifications for my truck with a 2" level? Because factory specs must be way off. I have no suspension issues otherwise according to 3 different mechanic shops, both chain and local shops.

Thanks y'all!

The factory specs don’t change once you install a level, the alignment shop is still shooting for the same number range. I would go to a reputable alignment shop, explain your tire wear issues, and have them try to find a solution. Then ask for the alignment spec printout after any adjustments and post it here. Attached are my before and after numbers with a 1.5” level.

I did not have this issue before the leveling kit install. So curious how it's different.. It shouldn't change, but something is off

Post pics of your alignment specs and tire wear. Can't help diagnose otherwise.

bad struts?
low tire pressure?
out of balance?

Most shops make no attempt to adjust camber or caster and this is probably where your issues lies. The factory specs are very loose when it comes to camber and caster and the numbers can easily be "in spec" while also causing handling problems and significantly uneven tire wear. I had perfectly even tire wear with the alignment specs posted in the photo below and I would recommend aiming for the numbers I used.
