Ran that Beerstein (love this name 😂 ) setup for a few years. Got tired of what sometimes felt like death wobble.

Not a level, but ended up with a 6” bds lift and fox 2.5 performance elite shocks and struts. Best setup I’ve ever had.

Need some info on leveling kit and tires, just looking to purchase a 2" leveling kit/spacers for front of 2023 XLT SC, current stock rims are 20" with tires 275/60/20. What would be the tallest/widest tire I would be able to run? Looking to get the Michelin Defenders LTX M/S 2 from Mavis.

What is the proper way to go without issues? Which previous year kits fit the new model? I have 33 inch tires with 18's I want to put on it.

What setup are you guys running (leveling kits only please) ?

Thanks in advance and pointers will be appreciated.
I'm running the BDS 2.5" leveling kit with 33x12.50x18's. Been running this setup for a little over 60k miles on my 2020 XLT with zero issues.

Default How to measure front/rear for leveling height

I read somewhere on the forum, I believe it was a consensus.

When measuring/adjusting heights, to empty truck of misc. stuff (shovels, car seats, bag of donations, etc) and fill the gas tank and measure with no one in truck.

Is this a thing? Does this make sense?

Considering 36g of gas weighs almost 220# I would say makes sense.

I have the 23 gallon tank but the principle is the same.

I was wondering if there is an allowance for a driver.

I'm adjusting the rear first, (I have R.A.S.), then measuring all 4 corners, then adjusting the Fox coil overs to be about 1/2" lower than the rear.
