I just put the icon coilovers with cdcv reservoir's on my truck and I will say that I am very happy. My truck is a 2018 screw with the 3.5 eco and HD payload and I always felt that the front springs felt a bit stiffer than the rear and with the icons on the softest setting makes it feel more balanced and soaks up potholes and road imperfections with ease. After I install my 2.25 inch rear blocks I'll try to post some pics.

I had bilsteins on my 13 fx4 at their highest setting.
I have Rancho QuickLifts on my new 2018. They don’t have height adjustment but unlike Bilsteins, they don’t use the factory spring. I think Bilsteins are good but the Rancho’s might be better. I haven’t had them long enough to tell. Fox and Icon will be the best but cost way more. I got Rancho’s from Stage 3 for $370 shipped.

they are also a little higher than Bilsteins potentially.... here is what Rancho sent me on the lift height:
2.75” actually

You bought a platinum, don't cheap out, I can only recommend Halo's. Bilstien and fox are junk. I've had all 3

What are you going to use the truck for? e.g just driving around town, off road

What are you going to do to truck? e.g going to keep stock wheels or new wheels with tires? If the latter what size?

Have you owned all 3 like Dave ?
I think by having run all 3, he has a valid opinion.
And probably based his opinion on facts.

Now if you have run all 3 of them...... why don't you give us an honest review.......

Or is that your "opinion" based on what you have read ?

Wheels came in today! So here is the truck as of now. More things to come. Paint matching the grille, and the skull caps next.
2.5 Motofab Leveling kit
22x12 Hostile Sprockets in the Asphalt color (-44 offset)
305/45/22 Toyo Proxes ST

I highly recommend Bilstein 6112's. I am running them on the highest clip setting. The ride is a vast improvement over stock. Interestingly it is a bit stiffer than stock struts yet they absorb bumps more effectively.

Kind of a strange tire choice, both size and style.... low-pro street performance tires on a lifted FX4? To each his own, just confusing!

I put those on my 2012 ecoboost. Honestly can’t tell much of a difference between them and the level spacers I put on this truck.
