What made you do the swap from the 12249 muffler for the full Corsa?

Thank you for the great clips to listen to. I'm 99% sure I want your exact setup. I really like the idea of a turndown just to keep everything stealth and the deep tone you have without the rasp is friggin perfect. I have lots of things I want to play with on this truck but I'm down a vehicle right now and can't spare the time. Soon... I'll let you know when I get her done.

Borla S on my 5.0...took off the Roush exhaust because of drone at 60-70 mph and could not be happier...zero drone and growl when you put your foot into it.

I agree, with the Borla XR1 there is zero drone at highway speeds. In fact, you can hardly hear it. I leave my radio set to 8 or 9 whether I am on my stretch of 55 mph highway or 70 mph highway.

I'm curious, what are your guys RPM's at highway speeds? I'm turning 2000 RPM at 70-75 mph and I can hear some sound from the muffler but not any drone in that range. There is a little resonance in the 1600-1800 RPM range though. Before I added the insert it was most annoying driving around town, not on the highway since most of the time at lower speeds you're in that RPM range. I've found the same to be true with my Mustang.

I did a Flowmaster 40 1 in 2 out on my 2018 5.0. Much quieter then the super 44 I had on my Ram but still has a great throaty sound. Completely silent in 10th gear cruising.

I have the 10 speed so I am nowhere near those RPMs between 70-75 mph.
