Interesting, your front bumper is a little different than mine. Mine has 2 vertical bars, and yours has 3 horizontal bars in the center.

Difference between 5.0 and Ecoboost.

That's a great question besides the obvious 2 cylinders and two turbochargers they're both powerful engines but deliver power in different ways. The EcoBoost is supposed to get better miles per gallon however real world application is not as exciting as the factory claimed. I drove both and I chose to go with the 5.0. The main reason I chose to do that is I plan to supercharge mine and turn it into a beast

...and which one of us would have that Ecoboost?

I've been reading up on that bumper insert. Apparently, those of us without the need of a front plate should have gotten the three bar insert according to what I've read.

The 5.0 has the solid insert with the 3 horizontal ribs, and the Ecobooost has the 2 vertical bars. The reason the ecoboost's are open is that is an air inlet for the intercooler.

And JBrax, you are correct
