However, the hell I've been through with RAV and this entire process these last few months should count for something. Engine failed Nov 30th, it was approved for a buyback Jan 8th. I just got my truck back April 6th. Incompetent doesn't beginning to describe the people handling my case.
i would either get a lawyer or get your state AG involved. Once they agree to buyback pretty simple, taxes might complicate things you may have to go through your state to get those refunded.

Randy did they figure out your vibration issue. My 2019 has that issue and it has been at the dealer for 17 days and the dealer is lost.

Had a LL case in FLORIDA on a dodge. FCA waited until the day before trial to settle. Frustrating. Hope the F150 is as good as it seems so far.

My truck gets returned either tomorrow night or Saturday morning. Woohoo! No more dealing with this crappy trans and it's adaptive learning!

BTW, Ford didn't settle with me. Right up until the end of the hearing, they kept saying that the issues I'm having was "normal" and since they didn't fix anything on my truck, my five visits and 34 doors out of service didn't count. I'm glad the arbitrator disagreed with Ford and awarded me the win.

What model was the original and the replacement? How would you rate new in first two weeks.

Those scumbags tried to tell me that the safe operation of the doors on a truck plagued by faulty latches had no impact on the performance or value of the vehicle. They have only one goal in mind. Make it your problem and send you the bill.

17 days out
now 7 days out

I was just told my problems are not fixed and the noises are normal.. AND I was told that their new calibration is what is causing the noise.

Persuing lemon law now.

Just checking to see what I can expect. I'm in Cali and received a letter saying Ford as agreed to reimburse or replace my truck and I should hear from somebody in the next 48-72 hours. Bought a CPO 2017 F-150 3.5 10 speed in 11/17 with 15476 mi. Took it in to the shop in 2/18 after adding about 2300 miles to report all my issues. The msrp was around 32k and it came with there custom package(leveling kit, larger tires/rims) which was an additional $1600. With that and the tax, license and extended warranty it came to 39,340. If I do the replacement, does it have to be the exact same truck? I don't want another ecoboost.

Does anyone have a contact at Ford?

Now they don't want to return my emails/calls and when I finally get through they just hang up the phone.

Concentrix is costing Ford MILLIONS of dollars. This is absolutely ridiculous what they are doing (NOT doing I should say).

I've started the process with the Attorney General, and now trough BBB Lemon Law.

I've owned EIGHT Ford vehicles and if they don't make this right it will be my last. Concentrix has completely ruined Ford as a brand for me...
