Installed rear LED turn signals on my XLT Sport, and from inside the truck, it is hyperflashing.
But from the outside of the truck, my turn signal is flashing at the normal speed. Has anyone else installed LED turn signals, and if so, what result did you get?

I did the same for the front blinkers and had the same results. Not really liking them. Mine had the integrated canbus too.

So I ended up putting the regular bulbs back in.
I had an LED on one side, and the stock bulb on the other, and while pressing the brakes at night time the difference in light was so minimal that I just kept the regular bulbs in to avoid the hyperflashing.
I have matching LED's installed on the license plate bulbs, cargo bulbs, and reverse bulbs, so I guess I'll just stick with that

You need to install a 25 watt resistor on each LED bulb for your signals. I have LED switchbacks for my front signals and normal LEDS for my tail light signals.

The resistors usually come scotch locks. You may want to hard wire in. The scotch locks don't always make proper contact since the wires are such a small gauge

I had same results as you, outside it was normal flash rate, on the cluster hyperflashing. Installed a resistor at each turn signal, done.

Same on mine had the hyper flashing installed two 50w 6 ohm resistors 1 per side and back to normal. My auto start stop had stopped working and now works again.

I was wondering about this. I have the BLIS, so rear LEDs. I'm wanting to match the license plate lights and 3rd brake lights, but along the lines of this thread, I want to do the amber lights on the front (turn signal, park/running lights). Think I would also need the resistors since I already have LEDs in the rear or does it make a difference?

You would only need resistors if you change the front turn signal bulbs. (regardless of LED or non LED on the back)
