Default LED Conversion headllights

Does anybody have the LED conversion headlights and can confirm or deny that the auto on/off & drl features work?

I installed a set of the Xenondepot LED low beams in my XLT 302a and the DLRs and auto on/off work just fine.
I am happy with these lights, a focused beam and a nice crisp white. A great improvement over stock.

Do yourself a favor and research how horrible the throw is when you install a LED bulb in a reflector housing. There has been EXTENSIVE testing on this by individuals and companies and it just doesn't work out. It may look cool, but the light pattern and throw is just awful. The ONLY way for LED to work is to get a proper retrofit which can be pretty expensive. If you want to get rid of the stock halogens and don't want to pay for the complete retrofit, go with HID bulbs. That's what I plan on doing. I also put LEDs in my fog lights which don't need to throw light any distance.

These are the HIDs I will be getting. HID won't work as DRL: http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/c.../category/538/

Yes......a retrofit led assembly. The website says the on/off & drl features "may not work 100% of the time". From raptor retrofit web.

I was wondering the same thing since they have that quote you posted on their ebay add. Good to hear they work. Mine should be shipping out this week hopefully.

Ya maybe that's where I saw it....on ebay. Anyway, for that kind of cake I'd want them to be bulletproof.

Anybody know if the kinks have been worked out with the wiring harness? Any other issues to note?

Like most, I like the blacked out lights with the switchback option. It's more money than I'm gonna spend on a lift.

The 2015+ F150 headlights handle Cree or Phillips Luxeon LEDs just fine. The cutoff pattern is no different than the stock halogens in the reflectors. And the LEDs put out much more light where it is needed. And for the OP, like stated above, the DRL's and auto on/off works just fine with the Xenondepot LEDs and I'm sure with other brands too.
