Default Lariat and above owners how do you lock your truck?

inspired by the auto lock thread, curious what method you guys use to lock your trucks with intelligent access/smart key. i still lock mine with the fob usually and use the handle to unlock. i havent used the keypad once.

I do the same, lock with the fob and open with the handle.

Not sure why but i always use the bottom two buttons of the door key pad haha I could just as easily hit the black button on the door handle.

I cant remember my keypad code. My fob stays in my pocket. So its just easiest to use door handle.
I have a 14 Durango that has door handle lock to so Ive been used to that for the last 4 years before I got this truck.

I leave my keys in the center console. I put one of those black 3M Command hooks below the movable tray and then put the "furry" half of Velcro below the hook to keep the keys from banging around. That way I just lock and unlock with the keypad. I hate carrying around keys. Worst case, if I can't remember if I locked the truck, I use my phone.

All posible options you mentioned. But my favorite is locking and unlocking by the key fob. Key pad on outdoor activities while leaving the key fob inside the truck.

If I'm alone, I usually lock with fob as I'm walking away and unlock with handle. Now if I have other people with me, I unlock with the fob, to try and prevent them from ripping the door handle off prior to it unlocking (usually my son). ...or worse, pulling it as it unlocks. -.-

I didn't even know you could use the handle to lock.
