Largest tire size on factory 20's with no level.
Any ideas how big you can go with factory wheel and tires/ 4x4 and FX4? With out doing a level? Prefer no rubbing at all.
I'm thinking of bumping up to BFG's or Terra grapplers just trying to decide tire size.
Pics would be great if anyone has them of a 15? Most people level truck when they move up tire size. I thinking of just keeping it stock.

I have 20s also and would like to know. I'm not really a wrench head but bigger tires would be great. AMEN

There was a post awhile back person put on 285/65/20 ko2's before adding any lift and did not have any rubbing. The level kit is just for looks for the majority of drivers. Go look at your wheel well its big, even at full compression I doubt the top of the tire will hit., unless you are doing some jumps. The 285 is only 1.45" higher on top. The rubbing issues are with the width of the tire, aftermarket wheel offsets and wheel spacers. Turn your wheel full lock then imagine pulling it outward by a spacer or wheel offset you will see why and where it will hit. The 12.5" tires are the close ones.

I will have to look for that.. 285/65/20 is a 34.6 x11.2 tire.. if he was running that on stock I should have no issues.. lol
Factory is 275/55/20 = 31.9x10.8
I was think of going either
275/60/20 = 33 x 10.8
285/55/20 = 32.3 x11.2 ( not sure if that increase is worth the expense)
295/55/20 = 32.8 x 11.6 ( not sure if this will fit on the factory 20x8.5 Rim)
305/55/20 = 33.2 x 12 ( not sure if this will fit on the factory 20x8.5 Rim)

I've seen 275/65/20s, no level, no rubbing.
And I've seen a few folks on here with 305/55/20 with no level either

I got 305/55/20 that do not rub without a level. I do have aftermaket rims that are -35 offset and 20x9
I would have to check my factory wheels in the garage but I thought they were 20x9 as well
