Knocking noise from moonroof

So the dealer completed TSB 16-0020 a while back and it didnt do anything. Noise was back within days. So I decided to get up there and investigate where the noise is coming from. Now keep in mind I do not use my moonroof much. I never wanted it to begin with but not many on the lot were without one.
My fix is...http://www.homedepot.com/p/Frost-Kin...734H/100047977
I cut 2 strips approximately 3 inches long. Opened the moonroof and allowed the wind deflector to pop up. I placed the foam strips where the bar sits when closed. And.....HAVENT HEARD A NOISE SINCE! That bar pops around and does not sit tight when the roof is closed which was causing my noises.

But where the two panels come together, you put tape on the stationary glass seal... from one side to the other.

I followed the advice of another member and did slick tape between the two panels of glass.
I have reduced the rattle to only occasionally on a rough bump. While it's not a 100% " fix" it has made it to where I don't have any worry or bother by it any more.
More people should try this and maybe Ford will be able to make a proper fix.
How to:
1/2" wide slick tape off amazon, apply it to the stationary glass panel seal, from end to end. When the moving glass makes contact the slick tape prevents the creeping noise from the two seals catching on one another.

I just got my truck back after 10 days and the entire track and rail system being replaced, but because my glass panels were reused, I didn't get the revised gasket/seal.
This has been one big 18 month long never ending disaster.
When I went to pick up my truck, the fabric roll up screen was installed wrong and would wrinkle as it rolled up, so I had to leave my truck there another day for them to redo that reinstall.

What pisses me off the most is that we all paid $1300 EXTRA dollars for this f*cking rattle-trap junk
