From what I can tell, you can have 2.7 ecoboost on Lariat but not King Ranch. Other than the engine and some cosmetic options, are there any other features/options that are only available to king ranch or higher trims?

lariat is the base for 4a (two speed automatic 4 wheel drive) in a 4x4
the options on lariat are standard on king ranch and higher. think sony/ nav.
lariat can have 6 passenger leather where the higher trims can not.
the rest is cosmetic/ creature comforts.

I believe 4A is standard on all Lariats. I also believe you can order the massaging seats on the King Ranch but not the Lariat. Correct me if I'm wrong.

All the technology options that are available to king ranch and higher are also available to Lariat?

I don't know if massaging seats count as a technology option, but they are not available on the Lariat.

I didn't know ford offered massaging seats yet. not listed as an option on what i just looked at.

I know they come standard on Platinum. I think they're an option on King Ranch.

Yes it is. I have it on my 502A.

you are 100% correct. the multi contour (massaging) is included in the 601a. but not on a lariat.

and yes i just learned something new. day should be over now lol
