Default Kicker VSS

I just checked kicker's website and it looks like the vss upgrade is now available for the 15's. Really expensive though...when will the vendors have it discounted??

It's a bit disappointing that the Bass module mounts under the seat instead of behind the seat like the Ford Kicker option does.
I like having the under seat storage.

For that kind of money they can shove it.

You can get a hell of a lot better high end sub/amp system for that kind of money.

According to Kicker, no, they don't have anything for the Sony system.

Unfortunately, none of the current kits offered for the 2015 F-150 will work with the factory Sony audio. We apologize for any inconveniences. From what I have heard we are looking into a solution that may work.
I'm not entirely sure what needs to be in place for it to "work with" the Sony audio. This solution only seems to use the mounting points, you have to run your own wiring. Seems to me like they ought to be able to figure out something that uses the existing wiring and everything for a true drop-in installation. The Sony sub basically sucks IMO.
