Kayak rack

Kayak rack
I have a 2017 FX4 Supercrew. My family and I go camping about every other weekend spring through fall. I am wondering about a set of easily removable racks to haul my kayaks on. Rooftop maybe if they can be removed fast as I don't want them on there very much at all. My kayak is 11' 6".

If you do not want to have to deal with having to put a kayak rack on your truck (never a fan of this), I would suggest looking into some of the foldable kayak options out there. It might be worth investing in one as they also save a ton of room when being stored at the house as well.

RaceRed,
There are options out there for racks. I have searched and haven't found any setup I liked or felt comfortable with. I didn't want anything permanent or too time consuming to install.
My wife and I both have 12' yaks. I bought a load extender. I center mine in the bed and put her's on top. I have 2 foam blocks sandwiched between them. I use straps at both bed tie down points and the bed extender. It is rock solid! When I know I will be away from the truck, I will run a bike lock through the scuppers.

I use the Darby extenda truck as well. I ended up buying an Inno roof rack from autoanything. I only use half of it at the rear. Easy on and easy off. Still have full use of my bed.

I've been thinking about a stake pocket racket similar to what is found on usrack.com for my kayak. Looking for something that won't interfere with my cover and my camper.

I guess I should have explained further. I have a Wilderness Systems Radar 115 fishing kayak. I haul it in my bed regularly when not camping and I made a bed extender for that. I am looking for an EASILY removable roof rack that does not interfere with my BakFlip or my camper.

Save the truck...just buy these.
Takes about 5 minutes to install.

I looked really hard and only found one company that made a true stake pocket rocket. I will dig around for it again.

Here it is. You can buy the adapters for stake pockets.
