OP, since you have the original order in your possession, you have a very strong case that the wrong truck was delivered to you, and it is the dealer's mistake that should be corrected.

While it is good practice to do a thorough pre-delivery inspection yourself, in order to save yourself grief later, in a properly run dealership they should do the pre-delivery inspection, including verifying that it is the correct vehicle. Ford pays them to do it.

So the question is:

What happened to the truck on the order form? Where is it?

Pretty sure that is federal law. And it's 3 business days as I recall.
