Actually, there are thousands of posts in this thread that state how you could have gotten a better deal.
You are making a complete idiot of yourself stating that we 'have yet to prove you otherwise'. Read from post 3051 and see the HUNDREDS of examples of how to get a better deal.

Being told you are acting foolish / like an idiot is not the same as being called a fool or an idiot.
You aren't helping your case. I suggest you move on, friend.

I don't think Top would get banned for that specifically.....but I am a little concerned about the new avatar he is considering. What does it mean?
So much for getting back on track.....sorry

Not sure exactly what type of loan the Ford Credit financing is. Are the first payments mostly all interest, and then as you go more and more goes toward principle? Or is every payment, start to finish the same amount toward the principle and interest?
If the first few payments are mostly all interest, then I'm definitely paying it all off immediately.
For the record, my rate was 5.89% for 60 months

How important is it to immediately refinance as opposed to first making 3 payments, out of courtesy to the dealer (to keep a good relationship)?

The first payments in any car loan are going to be 'front loaded' with interest, meaning those are the payments with the greatest percentage of the payment being interest, as opposed to payments down the line....

Refinance to a lower rate asap.
