The sport model comes with a grey carbon fibre interior instead of the wood. I looked at xlt's and couldnt justify losing the features I had in my previous truck.

Most dealers around here advertise about $8-10k off on their websites, but they combine every rebate there is, several of which cannot even be combined. On top of this they add in freight too.
I can't wait for the day when I can buy cars on Amazon and don't have to deal with any of this bull****. It is exhausting.

I would pay the premium for leather, heated and cooled seats, 3.5l or 5.0l (pricing a new 2016 on the canadian website doesnt let you choose anything other than 2.7l in xlt), two way remote start, bucket seats etc.

Never negotiated only going off internet prices . Friend n neighbors had it at 10 k and the xplan has it advertised at 9k. I'm guessing the only difference is the 1k in fees. Everyone one else has 4-6 k off platinums and they won't budge.

I offered to pay 50k+tax so 14k off and they wouldn't do it. The most they would come down was $7,500. Had a checkbook in my hand but I didn't really think they would do it on a '16 Platinum yet so I know that was a reach.
Went to dealer #2 they had a loaded 2016 Lariat MSRP 58,500. Same deal I said 14k off + tax and I'll make this check out to them. No deal. However they said they would give me 14k off on a '15 but not a '16 yet. I said I had to have Sync 3 so let me know when you can. On that one I think they could they just don't want too yet. Still think about it, 60k MSRP for a Lariat, the world has gone mad.
Seriously after sitting here and taking in the madness of the prices I may go try to pull the trigger on an F250 tomorrow. It'll suck because it'll have Sync 2 but crap if I can get an F250 diesel for less than they want for 150's I may do it even though I have zero need for an F250. It's all about value and the value ain't there on a 60k 1/2 ton truck. I'll keep you guys posted.

I went to two dealers today. One had a 2016 Platinum F150 MSRP 64,000.

Yes I know there will be a new SD out next winter. Can you imagine what they will charge for that thing for the first year or two. It will prop up the used 2016 F250 price big time for that first year or so because a new one is gonna be 70k I figure if you time it right you could come out pretty good.

Thanks for the tips guys!
I'm also debating on getting an F250 vs an F1. Might need the power because I have a ranch and might expand it for cattle, horses, etc and I will need more power for that.
Theres a lifted F250 for sale. MSRP is $58k. Added accessories add about $6k I belive. Salesperson I've been talking to told me she almost sold it for $38k with the friends and neighbors discount. I might negotiate and pull the trigger on that 250 if I get a good deal.

I'm only looking at a 2015. I always wait and buy at the end of the yr. I'd love to get the 17 model super duty but that means I'd have to wait 2 yrs from now to get the best deal on one of them. So what you guys think I could get off msrp of a 15 platinum at a big volume dealer that has 10 of them
