I have a answer now.

When the lift kits were originally released, they didn't have the proper size spacer for the front. The new, thinner spacer helps the pinion angle remain acceptable. Unfortunately, my kit did not include the proper sized spacer. This has been corrected with all new kits, and was changed shortly after they were first released.

Now, Rancho is sending me this part, when it becomes available, and they have also opened up a claim to refund me my part and labor cost. I found the drive shaft (FL3Z-4A376-B) at Showalter Ford Parts for $260.65 shipped.

So, purchasing the kit now, or over the last year, you should be good with what they sent. If you purchased when I did (March 2015) or around that time frame, you need to contact Rancho's warranty department (734) 384-7804 and get that spacer.

Hope this is helpful.

The picture shows the new, thinner, front driveshaft spacer at the bottom of the pic. The one they sent with the first kits were about the same thickness of the rear spacer pictured at the top.

Happy Holidays!

Still waiting for that smaller spacer, they sent a larger one accidentally.

Fog lights were changed out for some matching LED's.
What conversion kit did you use? Looking to do this on my recently purchased 2014 Platinum but not sure where to start. Are the headlights on the 2015 stock LED or HID? Sorry for the noob question, new to the forum and to Ford.

Which dealership have been dealing with? I have been using Mooresville for a while and they seem to be slipping lately.

Stock headlights were the LED's, and I purchased the $25 bulbs off Amazon for the fogs, but I plan on upgrading to something more powerful in the near future.

I have had good luck with Performance Ford Lincoln on South blvd. With the waiting times and delays at most dealerships these days, I'm at the point where I'll just pay someone else to fix my issues that day and be done with it.

I have just about 2 inches clear to the bottom of my garage door. I'll have to measure to get exact dimensions.

Default $25 Amazon LED Fog vs Putco

Shining against the garage door.

Driving the truck 7k in 10 days across America, wanted a little extra light

Got the Putco fogs for a steal on Amazon!
