Congratulations! Sounds like it's going to be a nice ride, I chose the 5.0 with 3.73 for my XLT too, patiently waiting.

I had my VIN by the 2nd day, as soon as it was available to pull up on COTUS I was able to see my vehicles VIN in the top left corner. I just kept putting in the codes that the dealer had on the build sheet along with my last name and eventually it showed up on COTUS.

The waiting isn't so bad if you try not to obsess over it every waking moment, or talk about it constantly, or read a million threads about the new truck, or buy a bunch of accessories for the truck before it even arrives...yeah the waiting sucks.

I ordered a Lariat on March 31st and had a VIN# on April 2nd but still a waiting game regardless. Not sure what the speed of a VIN release has to do with delivery time?

Thx Guys. I guess I'll keep entering the numbers on order form in to cotus every couple days too then, it will add to the excitement lol? salesman was schocked when I told him I could track it on cotus when I had the vin# ,he didn't think the general public could do that lol. The wait is gonna stink but I still love my 07 so it won't hurt to bad.

Talking waiting

I ordered Feb 18th, still waiting, BUT my day has come......I will pick mine up as soon as leather and Xzilon are done. I killed time by watching every single 2015 F150 video on Youtube three times each, then read the forums, then drove by the dealer a few times just to see if I saw one matching mine show up in the lot, then some more forums and videos, but the wait is not that bad, lol. I just kept telling myself that I would not have been happy with a standard equipped lot truck, and the wait was just for the truck I wanted.

BTW, mine is a 5.0L XLT crew, with 302A, FX4, black leather with red stitching, 6.5 box, and will have my 22" black & red wheels on it when it gets here.

"salesman was schocked when I told him I could track it on cotus"

My inventory mgr did not know about COTUS. He was great to work with during the build-order process. He's the man I call and bypass sales.

+1 on the .373 and whl well covers!
