Everyone out in San Antonio driving the '15's are saying the 2.7 is mind blowing. They're all saying it feels so similar to the 3.5, instant response, doesn't feel dogish or like it's too small at all. Someone also posted a pic of the 2.7 averaging 23.1 MPG over 50miles and 1:13 of driving. Which would give the only thing the competition has on Ford(Ram) a run for their money.

FWIW, I was messing around on the Build & Price today, and when I went to calculate my payment based on the truck I built, if I entered my own finance rate instead of Ford's "special" rate for the 2015, I got a $1000 customer cash rebate. May not mean much, but it may also signal that Ford is going to be rolling out incentives with the new truck not TOO far after the launch.
