Just got my renewal from Geico and they pretty much doubled the rate on my 2019 2wd stx. Most of the increase was in the collision coverage. Nothing has changed since last renewal and the other two vehicles on the policy stayed around the same rate. Anyone else get an increase lately? Did Ford **** off the insurance industry??? Oh and i checked USAA and Progressive and their quotes were even more than Geico for the F150.

I just got my renewal from State Farm for my '15 2wd Lariat and it went down. I don't think it has anything to do with the vehicle, might be ZIP code your in??? Maybe accidents in the ZIP are up for some reason??? Don't really know.

I have Geico and pay $564.23 for 6 months. That's a $1000 deductible. It did just go up lately but that is because we added our 20 year old son. What are you paying?

My insurance with geico did the same thing couple years ago until I switched to progressive and saved a lot. Shop around. I thought geico was best rate until they jacked up the price once. GL OP

They want $1187 for 6 months for the new term. I think i was paying about half that before! My 2016 Wrangler JK Sahara is only $285 for comparison…same coverage

some insurance will throw an attractive rate out there. Than within a couple years you are paying well more than your old policy.
Have never used Geico and Progressive but hear friends say get screwed constantly

My 2015 XLT is $293 every 6 months with $500 deductible. This is with State Farm, I do get a discount for having two other vehicles and our house insured with them. My wife had Geico on her Saturn when we got married, we switched her to State Farm and it was about $200 cheaper every 6 months for way better coverage.

"They" say you should switch insurance companies every two years or this kind of thing will happen. I got a tip to check out an Insurance Broker instead of an Insurance Agent and I've never been happier. They play the game for me and are constantly soliciting new bids for my policies.
