If you are installing a spindle on each side, which is what it sounds like you are doing, you have to disconnect the other side of all the same connections when you get to that side.
To finish this side, simply disconnect the sway bar end link

I normally do 1 side at a time, BUT as White_DC said you can disconnect both sides at the same time. Either way is fine

Ok the sway bar isn't drooping yet although I disconnected it already, because of the compression from the spring and strut

disregard....put new spindle on LCA and screw on the nut that connects the LCA to the spindle, put jack under LCA as close to the outside as you can and raise until you are able to position upper ball joint from UCA into the hole on the top of the UCA....with one hand, pull down on the UCA and with the other, have the upper ball joint nut ready, and guide the ball joint stud into the hole on the top of the spindle and thread the nut.

Unbolt the top of the strut! Stand on the LCA and wiggle it down lol. I didn’t unbolt the sway bar from both sides, I did it one side at a time.

You installed a drop, not a lift. Unbolting the top of the strut gives more wiggle room when re installing the top of the spindle. Then use the jack as leverage to get it and the sway bar back in.

I installed, uninstalled my lift several times going from 4.5 to 5.5 to 7. I could probably install a full maxtrac 7 inch lift in an hour.

I assume you got the Spindles on. Did you also upgrade the wheels and/or tires. Could you post some pics of the finished product?
I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my 2018 2WD SCREW. So, any advice would be appreciated too.

I went with 35's and 17's it ended up being pretty straight fwd but you will need a strut spring compressor and 2 jacks helped a lil as well.
