Default Installed my LED Fogs

After doing some research and weighting my options,I narrowed it down to Putco or Morimotos. However, I came across this cheaper alternative on Amazon and gave it a try since they are only $35 shipped with an option to return if they are not to my standards since it's through prime.

I was actually quite impressed with them when I installed them. It took me less than 10 min to get them in and they fit right with no fitment issues. Installation was quick and very straight forward.

The visibility at night is amazing. It's much better than the stock halogen bulb. In fact they are much brighter than I thought they would be.

For the money paid, I think these are great and would recommend to anyone not willing to pay > $100 for a set of LED fogs.

Overall the brightness and color is exactly what I wanted and they also come with a 2yr warranty which is another plus.

It still pisses me off that you pay for the LED package but get crappy halogen fogs.

Ford... Other brands have started putting LEDs on all of their trims... Guess you need to justify the extra 10k or 20k for a Lariat / Platinum...

OP : Keep us posted on how they last... Never been a fan of these LED bulbs that are fan cooled, since the road vibrations will logically end up breaking it. Copper wires are a good alternatives, but guess they come with cons as well.

Thanks.. No, it's just a direct replacement of the original halogen bulb.

Will do. I don't expect much from them for the price I paid but at this point they have surpassed my expectations.

I've had these LED amber fog lights installed in my Lariat since last June. I used Forscan to configure them into being my daytime running lights, so they're on all the time. They're nice and bright, and I love the colour contrast at night. 9 months, 17000kms of usage and they're still running great.

Amazon Amazon

thought I had a pic of them lit up, but I can't seem to find it right now....
