Yea I also run my 275 60 20 KO2's at 45 and the ride is great. I also swapped out the rear FX4 shocks to the Bilstein 5100 shocks. That was a big improvement. A 2" front and back auto spring lift was installed also.

Our 2015/ 2016 F150's are lighter, but have stiffer rear leafs and front coils over the previous generation. One option for improving ride quality over the rough stuff, might be going to a softer spring rate, but you would loose some of the "12,000 pound" towing capacity. Off road vehicles are often more softly sprung for better traction. Saw OEM springs for 100-130$ online.

i put the old bilsteins on the back, it rides better, down to 32 33 on the tires helps, the helwig rear sway bar is a must have
