I don't think that's a very good deal on a soon to be two model year old truck..
Maybe if it was a 502A with LED headlights, 360 cameras, tech pack, parking. Nav. It would be closer.
If you like it push harder.

I'd push harder. That's the same price I paid for mine almost two months ago.
The only differences I see is that I got the 3.5L EB, 7050# GVWR, White Platinum Metallic Tri-coat paint, 3.55 E-Locker, and the Lariat Chrome package.
You got the Rubber Floor Mats and 20" Rim/Tire package.

What's the invoice?
What are the rebates?
What is the true value of your trade?
There are many threads on this forum that discuss obtaining the vehicle's invoice price right away, knowing the true value of your trade, and looking up the rebates (or asking for a Smart Vincent printout) for the vehicle. This includes knowing if your trade qualifies for a "competitive conquest" rebate...
I'd recommend you NOT buy a 2015 unless you get substantial discounts after invoice minus rebates.
