I have two spare tires, can it be used for long term?
i mean the exact size and brand tire on steel rims, I have two almost the same period DOM, can I use it in front axle just like regular?
mine is 2016 F150
i bought a spare tire with rim

Size and brand are nice, but you want the same tread pattern. Michelin makes a bunch of tires, they are not all the same.

Also make sure the date of manufacture is within 6 years or less.

and both dom is 2015
i will put them on the front axle next maintenance

Identical tread pattern doesn’t matter at all. Size only matters on each axle, both should be the same if 4wd. On a 2wd the size can be different front to back.
