I hate my bed cover

Long story short, when I bought my F150 in April I bought an Undercover classic to go with it. I had one on my 2011 Tacoma that I loved. But, Ive found myself utilizing the bed more than I did with my Tacoma. So, two questions. Anyone interested in a very nice bed cover and for ones with covers that arent solid, do you prefer a roll up or tri-fold for moderate to heavy use of the bed?

Love my BakFlip 4.

I have a BakFlip tri fold that I access several times a day. Only issue is it isn't completely water proof but in my case it isn't a big deal. I put the water sensitive pieces in the center and things that don't matter around the edges. Took my cover off my 16 and installed on my 18. Doesn't fit quite as good on the 18 for some reason, probably needs to be adjusted a little which I never have done..

The BakFlip 4 was my first choice but I let my wife talk me out of it. I just need to sell my cover first before I get anything else. But it wont be easy.

I prefer a roll-up and happy with my Truxedo Titanium. Truxedo discontinued the Titanium model and replaced it the the Truxedo Sentry. I like it since it's a semi solid hard top but can be rolled up or completely removed after you roll it up by sliding a couple latches and pulling up if you need more bed space

Roll up is best. I had a tri fold in my old truck, and it gets super annoying when you use it a lot. In my 2018, I have the Bak brand Roll up which i like and it appears to be the only one which allows full use of the 4 stake pockets as well

I had a solid tri-fold one on a previous truck as I didn't use the box much on it (plus it was only a 5.5 box) and as much as I loved it, now that I use my box much more the soft roll up one is really nice to have. Tucks up and away from everything so no lost space, doesn't block your back window, no issues to me.

I don't know what brand mine is but it is a 'flush mount' to the rails so I still have full access to the stake pockets and it is on about 5 years of use and still works great.

I recently got my 18 f150 and I got this cover
GATOR SFX TRI-FOLD TONNEAU COVER 61313 from RealTruck.com
like it, relatively rain tight( some water gets in but not enough to get anything wet. Covers my tool box well too.
i recommend it.

I got the G4 Elite Fold-a-cover, takes all of about 30 seconds to take off and about 2 seconds to flip it up to front and secure in place (it's in the bed and doesn't block window which was important to me).

Not super duper water proof but keeps 98% of it out. I'd buy it again.

On my last truck, had a roll up cover and after several years it started to not roll correctly and replaced with an undercover solid top. FF to today, on my new F150 I put on a Bak Flip Tri Fold and like it much more.
