Default I guess I can hangout for real now

Have been window shopping, finally decided to put on the big boy pants and saddle up.

2016 Platinum 5.0 FX4 w/3.55 701a, 36 gal, Tow Mirrors, Black Interior, Sunroof. Big step from my 2004 Mazda 3 that I've had since I was stationed in North Carolina, nice to be back in a truck, even nicer to be back in a Ford, my first was an 89 F150 Std Cab 8' box 2wd with the 4.9L and 5spd. Now about these upgrades and add-ons everyone speaks of? I think I felt a bug bite...

Welcome to the forum, lots of great info here.
I leveled mine and put better tires on it.
What plans do you have for yours?
And Thanks for your service !

Been a member of the Forum for a few years now, just soaking up information and using member's inputs as a source of information on what help direct me to tonight's purchase. Surprised it came with OEM wheel well liners for the rear.

For now just plan to drive it for a while until I get a chunk paid off. Need to throw tint on, probably a drop in K&N, Husky mats, bedliner & BakFlip, etc.

Big upgrades will be Stainless Works Headers & catback package and even further down the road a BDS 4" with wheels and tires.

Same here, I leased mine for 3 yrs. then buying it.
$311 for 36 months... then about $330 for 5 yrs
I put $$ down up front, to keep the payments low.
And it gives me options in 3yrs if I don't buy it.
that's why only a level and 33s for now.... lol

Won't argue there, but she still served me well for 12 years.

Can already tell you now...

Needs exhaust and something that... oh how do they say it in these parts? Wiper... Hippo.... nipple... no... Whipple...
Needs Whipple Guy can dream right? Maybe in a few years I'll start my midlife crisis and drop one on

Overall I'm impressed and grinning when I hit the go pedal. Just have to get used to having an *** on her compared to my lil hatchback, can't quite whip in and outta Houston traffic like before.

Thanks all for the welcome. As I said, lurked these forums for the last 3 years or so and attribute most of the real world insight on my new you. Plus I felt I've busted my ***, time to buy a big kid toy and enjoy things for myself for once.
