I get a rumble through the truck when I stop.

Also I see you have 4wd.
Another thing I did (which was not much fun), is remove my rear drive shaft and try it in 4x4 to see if the problem still occurs.
It is a bit of work, but it was part of my troubleshooting steps.
If truck is in 4x4 does it still shake?? Try this before you remove the rear driveshaft, maybe you have a vacuum leak in the line or IWE, or solenoid.

I haven't tried that while the tank is full, but I will tomorrow. I'll also try the rear locker too. Might as well exhaust all possibilities.

No idea. I actually got out one time thinking the person behind me hit me. I'm wondering if it's the slip yoke bump that was mentioned earlier... I've heard someone say it could be loose bands on the fuel tank, but that would be every time you stop, not intermittently like mine is. Now that I think about it, either I got used to it, or mine stopped doing it. It would be a second or two after I stopped, making it feel EXACTLY like getting bumped at the light.

It's definitely random.
I thought maybe it was the brakes grabbing harder during initial application and then releasing somewhat when finally stopped..
it could be a slipyoke bump for sure, or maybe some slack in the transfer case output shaft?
Are you 4x4??

It could feel like someone has rear ended you only because it feels like it's not related to the drivetrain. As I noted above I think it sounds and feels like a misfire but it definitely comes from under and behind the front seats and also the RPMs don't drop and it happens when stopping in neutral. Someone else refered to the feeling as if the truck was doing the same as person does when you walk out into the cold and you have a quick shiver over your body. I have 4x4 and locking rear diff which I will be checking tomorrow.

Exactly what I'm feeling.. I put my reverse camera on a few times thinking I was gonna see someone kissing my bumper..

Could be this.

That looks like it's the culprit. I saw where people were saying they would make greasing it a new maintenance item, why would you need to constantly regrease it? Wouldn't it hold the grease in there since it's a sealed system?
