Default Husky wheel liners poor fit

Pretty much what the title says. Wrestled with those things for two hour to try an line up the holes. Finally got them installed and just noticed there is now a gap on the driver side between the fender lip and the liner. Either the edge of the liner was badly cut (didn't see it) or the mold came out deformed. Too tired and frustrated to take it off and return it.

Lesson learned, should've bought the genuine ford ones, will never buy Husky brand again.

Just a note for those contemplating buying these.

Dang, it took me about 20 minutes to get the first one in and then 5 minutes to get the second one in on mine. I thought they fit great. Must just be certain batches or something cause they seem to be hit or miss for a lot of people.

Took me 10 minutes per side, and they fit Great. Seems to be hit or miss with these. I have Husky liners, mud flaps, and floor mats. No problems at all.

Mine were put on really quick too. I love them, however on the shock-swap, I had to pull them down. I like the Husky liners, but I have WeatherTech's on the inside.

My Husky liners were crap. Passenger side was impossible to fit. Then the holes were out in left field. Had to send them back for a refund.

I've sworn off ANY Husky products in the future.

Buyer BEWARE.

I almost gave up on the passenger side. It took me an hour of trying to get it in and still isn't lined up right. I didn't even put all the bolts in. The driver said was easy. 10 min.

I didn't know that these were an issue. I purchased them for my truck, took about 15 minutes and had no issues with them at all. Everything lined up just right and look awesome.

Sucks to hear that they have some QC issues.

Hope they work out for you BigDozer. I must've missed the negative reviews before I bought mine, and tbh from all these post it seems that at least some of them fit ok. Funny thing, the passenger side on mine looks ok after wrestling it, it's the driver side that has the gap. Maybe their moulding machine has issues, and because the material is so thin I'm guessing it's hard to do qc on them.

I wonder how the fit is with the Ford units.
