I did the same thing. I was disappointed with the factory front mats, very little coverage compared to the last gen trucks.

The back mat is fine. The fronts provide very little coverage on the drivers side. I had the factory all weather in my 2012 and they were great. The new ones are a joke.

Same here. From reading other posts on this topic I decided on Husky X-act Contours for the front and kept the Ford 'all weather' mat for the rear. I did this combo due to others complaining of the fit and finish of the Husky rear vs the fronts. So far I am very happy with my decision.

Yah the Ford ones are not great (for the front at least) as they prob only cover about 70% of the carpeted area. I was disappointed with them and ordered Huskies.

This thread is too funny not to add my 2 cents. I bought the ford ones at the time I bought the truck. When I got them in my wife said no way, not enough coverage, even the backs. I love huskys but I too don't like the logos they run on the front but it is what it is. I was a bit underwhelmed by the flimsiness of the rear too but it is what it is. Keep the thread going! There's some funny stuff in here! P.S. If anyone wants to buy my ford all weathers I'll make a deal with you!!

For that I would give them to my in-laws but they get way too much from me so I'd like to recoup some of that cost if possible! I did give them the carpet ones that came with the truck.

I sold my carpet ones, I actually bought the Ford rubber mats and when they arrived I was very disappointed in the front ones so I like several others put Husky in the front and left the Ford one in the back.

My wife is also very good with colors and I had her go look at my truck and the Husky's very close. She said "look great" but that in the eye mascara, blush and similar industries they have a specific color chart. It can help resolve any possible color differences perceived between those that have a "cycle" of being emotional, irritated, moody, and hard to please. It is called a PMS color chart for color and item #'s for color reference. There is also a part # in the mold/on the mat for reference. I hope this helps!! : http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=...rt&FORM=RESTAB
where's the molded in part number on the rear mat?

There's nothing better than Huskys. This sounds like a rant for petty stuff. Good luck finding something better. You won't. I tried weather techs and they're a step backward. You'll find out. I have a platinum too. They work and look great.
