How should I level/lift my truck?

I have a KR on order. In the meantime, I want to get parts. On my 2010, I raised the front 2" which made it level. This time I want to maximize my raise as now when I put weight in the bed, I point upwards.

Should I use blocks or shocks (don't remember the name of them)?

You can use a shock/strut like the Bilstein 5100 (not yet available), spring and shock like Rancho Quicklift (not yet available) or a level kit/spacer offered by several company's. I'm using the BDS level kit for now, may swap it out with Fox setup down the road.

Autospring kit (front and back) as depicted in Dubsesd's thread?

I've been looking at this BDS 6'' kit but I still don't have my 2015. I'm curious if anyone's tried either the 4'' or 6'' kit from BDS on a 2015 yet.

We're in the middle of installing a Skyjacker 4.5" kit, after doing a ReadyLift 2" spacer / 3" rear leaf block, and discovering that 35x12.50's don't fit on the new style with a level...

35x12.5 fit with a level, just not with the aggressive offset you were trying.

You sure? Our 18x9 +12 we tried is only 30mm (1.25") out, compared to stock.

Strange. The 35x12.50's I tried fit. I will see how mine will fit with the spacers

If you're referring to the tires on your truck now, they're not 35x12.5

I tried a set of 35x12.5' s before I bought my set. Mine are more like 35x11.5 or something. I didn't rub with either
