How to Remove Crash Bars on 2015 F150
This isn't an easy topic to find discussion on. There are some debates over whether one should do it or not, but nothing talking about how to do it.
Can someone with experience explain how they've removed them?

How to Remove Crash Bars on 2015 F150
so far I believe the options are saw off, bend with a Porta - power , or stick to stock. . there are some bolts that are hard to get to to just remove the crash bars , u would have to disassemble the whole front end. if your worried about warranty just go with the right size of tires and offset rims ..

I've seen people afraid of removing the crash bars, but they are willing to cut their subframe(structural integrity) to install a lift. 😂
The tires will rub on the front bars that are held on by two bolts. The problem is the bolts come through the top and thread into the bottom. When you loosen them, they cannot be pulled through the top because they hit the body. The body mount bolt is also holding them on. Use a recriprocating saw or cutting wheel and trim the bar right before it slides into the frame. This way your frame is actually untouched and the tires will no longer rub. 👊

Why would you want to remove a structurally integral part of the truck's safety system? This screams all kinds of stupid to me.

I suppose its a calculated risk ( or at least I hope it is calculated) for an aesthetic. I am nervous that a bull bar or brush guard my impact air bag deployment lol so I def will not go to extreme. But I was once much younger and without kids and did all sorts of things that fly in the face of safety and common sense too LOL

Would it be possible to fabricate a modified crash bar that allows for additional clearance & allowing greater variety of tire size while offering its intended purpose?
