In my ford owner account, it said 2.0 was the latest version.
if 2.2 has been out for a number of months, why is the new download not offered when I check for updates?

Do you still have that ver 2.2 download? Have a bug in my sync 3 ver 3.0 with Nav and have no voice controls. Every one I talk to is telling me to revert back to the 2.2 version and start over. Can’t find it anywhere and it is no longer on ford’s website. Need your help if you have it.
