Default Hit A Pole

So instead of having the normal parking stops this gas station has this weird type of pole at each parking spot. Anyways, I get a little too close to the pole and put the truck in park. The truck rolls forward a tiny bit and hits the pole. The only impact was on the plastic piece that the front license plate sits on. I have no idea what to call it either hahaha. Got an estimate today. $70 ($69.84) out the door.

Anyone else have this issue? How much did you pay to repair it?

From what I have read wait till you hit the one on the left side if you have ACC if you want to talk expensive. These rubber bumper like things are not bumpers.

Hard to tell if the bumper is damaged but the plastic is one piece left and right thats why is cost a little more than previous years.

How does that even happen? Did you go into the spot and Throw it In park without being stopped completely? Because that looks harder then barley touching it.. Anyway if you want to save $40 here's the part if you want to do it yourself http://www.tascaparts.com/ford/f-150...ame=trim-panel
