Be cautious with tailgate locks, I put one on my '08 SCREW FX4 and it chipped off the paint pretty bad in that area, from it flopping around..fyi

Hello, first post as a new F-150 owner. Question...The small side mirror (passenger) that is fixed to the large mirror has somehow been knocked out of whack. I've tried to move it back in place but fell like I'm going to snap it in half. Any tricks on adjusting it? The mirrors are power but of course move as one unit. Just need the little one fixed.

Thanks!

I always keep my tailgate locked. These gates are removable and this is not lost on the crooks.

I like that they're automatic, for that reason.

If someone can solve the issue with the double honk upon exit with the fob in your pocket that'd be awesome !!

Funny I thought I did also,, spare fob in truck, hit 7/9 doors lock and all this time I thought the tailgate was locked also.. But noticed today that pushing the button on the tailgate opens it. Put spare fob in a metal box now tailgate locks.
