For Those who want to install a corsa exhaust for their 2015 f-150 without a lift, just lower your spare tire and take off the heat shield and you can easily slid your old exhuast. Just FYI.

I'd be concerned about enabling an assailant access to my truck when I'm trying to get in for my own safety.

I have mine set to unlock both sides. I guess one could hit the lock button as soon as the door is open if that becomes a concern.

Mine only does that when the engine is off and I'm exiting the truck. At that point the keys are with me so really, would they all jump in an empty truck with no keys?

Or if I lived in a place where that was a concern there's an option to disable that function.

If you need additional lighting while backing up at night and using the 360 camera, not only hit the side mirror LED lights, but also hit the rear cargo light, as it also turns on the LED puddle lamps under the mirrors. I find I really only need to do this at night when the ground is wet, as it's harder to see the ground in the 360 camera.

Fold the mirrors in and you'll get even more rearward light.

I found a little tip to make the base MFT stereo sound a whole lot better. In the sound setup in the settings screen there is an option called "Occupancy Mode" and you can select either Driver or All Seats. I had previously had it on All Seats and the sound was less than desirable. Sounded really muted and flat even when I turned up the bass, midrange and treble settings. I tried the Driver setting on the way home tonight and wow. It's like night and day difference. It seems like it changes the sound stage through some sort of DSP and really brightens up all tones. Bass 'seems' heavier, highs seem crisper and the overall volume is louder and more full. Now, I don't know what it sounds like in the other seats when it's in that mode, but I really don't care. I'm the driver and it sounds good from that vantage point. The Sony MFT system might have that setting too and if so probably works the same.

Makes me happy for now with the stock stereo.

I played with that as soon as I found the audio settings. I prefer the "All" setting. To me it sounds a lot better in that mode. Besides, I'm not much of a DSP fan. At home I listen to most of my music in PCM stereo, so it eliminates all DSP and I only here what was recorded.

Whew! Read the whole thread at one sitting. Learned a few things also though some don't apply to my XLT. Valet key....I don't have one of those, is it hidden somewhere? Or not an XLT item. I received two full key fobs. Fuel cut is at what MPH? Anyone ever determine that? My wheels don't have rim balance weighs, stick on weights up in the center of the wheel....I like that. You guys have covered a lot. Am I correct in assuming the XLT 2.7 does not have a boost gauge hidden under the tranny temp setting? Great thread. M1911
