2015 xlt super crew at 60+ is louder than my 11 screw, and the ford explorer I driver for work with several exterior attachments. This is on southern California freeways where wind is nearly non existent. I was hopeful, picked up my truck today from door alignment, and paint corrosion issues, and the noise is still there. My rental 15 silverado was much quieter. My f-150 was nearly unbearable on the drive home. Disappointing

I'm curious...I have wind noise...but it's light and not obtrusive. I've never owned a vehicle that doesn't have wind noise. I'm used to vehicles with much smaller price tags and still find my truck to be leaps and bounds quieter than any of them.

Is this noise something that is loud enough that it can be heard over the radio or?

I have a 2016 with a build date of 2/29/16 and this is the quietest truck I have ever owned. No wind noise at all...............More of a 15 vs 16 thing so far?

Has anyone on this thread found a fix? There was a person who posted about getting new rubber door moldings put on by the dealership... did it help?

I have an August build 2016 and my 2016 SCREW has been at the dealership for 2 days for the passenger/air vent/recirc wind whistle. They have not been able to fix it yet

I haven't been back to this thread in awhile, but my dealership fixed the wind noise by replacing the seal between the passenger door and the truck body. They had also replaced the seal between the passenger door window and the door, but that did not correct the whistle.

I hope this helps.
