Question High pitched buzz, engine / acc power off - with video

2018 V8
Shut the truck off after 30 minutes or so of driving, after about 30 seconds I noticed this sound. Not sure if it had been going the whole time since shutting off or if it started afterwards. The sound continued for about 30 seconds and then stopped, and then happened again- probably 3 or 4 times.

I have also noticed a buzz right from the grill area a few times after turning my 2018 off. Happened last night actually but I have never timed it, I just know it last long enough for me to look around the outside and wonder what it is and then continue as I walk away. I will pop the hood next time and look since it doesn't seem like a common knowledge thing.

It's a strange sound. I was hearing this on an Escape I had for a rental, and it never stopped, just kept going. When I heard it, I thought it was the purge valve at first (our Camry does it too) but since it wasn't my vehicle, I didn't look into it.

Just a quick search in google popped up a couple issues related to either the ABS hydraulic modulator, ABS Pump and ABS module as a root issue. Also saw fuel pump or something related to that system. It must not have buzzed tonight because I forgot to even attempt to take notice of it when I got home. I have had issues with what feels like brake drag on my new truck so maybe ABS correlation but who knows.
Anything else odd jump out at you with the rental?

There have been a few threads about that noise. Some believe it to be a fuel rail noise.
