Or door latches that operate below 32*

I have never bought a truck based on its looks - and I never will.

Like - I even drove an old International 1-ton flatbed for years. Talk about ugly! But it got the job done.

Yea, I guess Chevy trucks are 100% perfect and have zero issues! <end sarcasm>

This is one of the dumbest statements I have read on this forum.... "..if Ford can't produce a reliable engine"

People get so bent out of shape with cars its not even funny. Ford makes 100,000's / millions on of these trucks. If they were SO UNRELIABLE do you think they would be the leader in the truck segment?

Cars are machines, machines go bad, sometimes for no reason. **** breaks. Get over it. Even the "most reliable" companies (in public perception) like Toyota and Honda have their issues.

People that complain about "how unreliable" Fords are, need to GTFOH and stop complaining. If your truck sucks or has been unreliable, I am certainly sorry to hear that. I would be pissed to. But **** happens, get over it. Go trade it in for those 'perfect' Chevys or Rams.

End rant.

Unfortunately problems arise, but they're meant to be fixed. If you can't find a knowledgeable mechanic, then get rid of your problem.
You'll then stand on neutral ground to see fairly that these engines, these transmissions and these 4x4 systems are reliable!

I understand your pain, but don't exaggerate your anger.

You can direct that to the door handles, I guess! Didn't have problems yet, but I'm holding my breath as this is proven to be a ticking bomb for us living in cold climates. This is genuinely a design flaw...

Thanks for posting the link!
Just went reading all of it. The most and the worst reliable and couldn't agree more based on ongoing media reading throughout the years.

I've always read a lot about, innovation, technology improvements and reliability to be an informed and neutral person when it comes to share facts. It is part of my engineering background as a past high tech expert. Nothing to do with my present functions, but that's a decision and perhaps a gambling I took and I do enjoy a lot for a number of "freedom" reasons.

I encourage some die hard fans and less informed members to read it too. We can still keep our prerogatives in the end

I think the new Ram would fit in well in the PI with the other Jeepney's.

Owned a 2015 Ram 1500 before. Interior was nice, really comfortable actually but the exterior left a lot to be desired after owning a 2015 F150. Even the new exterior, I'm not sure what FCA was really aiming for in terms of look but definitely looks completely different from their 2015-era style of design. I "like" the new exterior only because it's different. Once we see more of the new Ram on the road, the look will be "normal" to everyone and we'll just say "Oh it's a Ram" as we drive by them.

How is it that the Ram 3500 is dead last while the Ram 2500 ranks 3rd best? They are essentially the same truck.

This is why I take Consumer Reports with a grain of salt.

I loved my 1997 Dakota. No problems with it while I had it. Feel sorry for the Chevy HD. Haha.
