I'm not a 100 percent sure but I think it might be a no charge because it's a preconfigured truck like a certain package deal. Maybe someone who knows more can chime in. I'm curious too.

Can I add these headlights to my XL? Do I need to do some wiring updates or is it plug and play?

I've been told to upgrade from the XL/XLT lights to the Lariat model lights is NOT plug and play (my dealer told me that, I am upgrading to a 2018 XLT Spec. Ed. and wanted the lariat SE headlights). He told me about 2,500-3,000 to upgrade my XLT. I said screw that, I'll wait for aftermarket.

Although they do look realllllly good on the OP's truck!

these lights are only plug and play if you have existing LED headlights. if you have halogen, then there is a whole lot of wiring and other components involved.

Perfect! I was curious what the blacked out headlights looked like on a non SE model. Thanks for sharing.

nope I cancelled the grille. It was back ordered for months. I might order it again in the summer time. Or I might keep the current look.

Seems like these are on backorder right now. How hard do you think it would be to paint the inside of the chrome ones to match the SE's?

If your willing to bake the lights and pull them apart, then they can be colour changed/customized to what ever you want.
