A simple and clean look is to just swap the stock tires for 275/60-20's (basically 33") and remove the rear block so it sits closer to level.
The stance on the Raptor is basically very little rake with larger tires. I think doing the above will get you close enough for little effort.
PS. I sit in the carpool lane at my Son's school with a guy in a Raptor that's the same year and color as my Platinum. Mine with a level, 2.5" rear blocks, and 34's sits higher than his Raptor. Raptor still looks much better though

Other option, if you want it to sit up just a little bit and look more aggressive...
Bilstein 5100's with the front set at +1.5" and 305/55-20 tires. That would give it a wider tire and a bit more ground clearance than the above suggestion.

Here's my truck with 5100's set at +1.75", 2.5" rear block and 34" tall tires...

What wheels are they, how have they and the Falkens stood up since you’ve had them ??
I havent had time regretfully to resesrch the fromt Bilsteins you have on the front but you can adjust the ride height ?? Ive considered just using Fords front levelling kit but again I want something that not everyone else has either. I guess because I’m just different haha. I like different

They did the wheels, Falken AT3s and TPMS all mounted balanced and shipped for $2045. The wheels look great and I absolutely love the Falkens. The aren't loud at all on the highway and are great in the rain and snow.
I chose the Bilstein 6112 over the 5100 up front because it is a bigger shock and honestly it isn't too much more than the 5100 relatively speaking. Still a much cheaper setup than a Fox 2.0 or the other big names. They are adjustable. I got the Bilstein 6112 Stage 1 kit from Stage 3 Motorsports. They were great to deal with.

And get the race red, everyone has a white truck, it's boring lol!
Hope that helps!

I wouldn't be worried to much about "premature wear". I've had to swap out a front cv shaft after a wreck and the body shop broke the stub shaft for the axle nut and wouldn't fess up. Cost me $100 and about 3 hrs to do one side. Not a huge deal. As with my 14' 5.0 I've had 295/70/18 (34.5") and a tune and highways mpg really didn't suffer as long as I kepty foot out if it. City just sucks regardless. I've since worn those tires out and gone to a 275/70/18 (33") without a tune and it feal the same. If I keep it 65ish on long drives I can still eek out 18 mpg or so combines going from WA to WY. I believe the roush is supercharged and it won't care what size tires you run.
For comfort I'd go with 17" wheels. With my 295s I was running a 1.5" strut spacer, got new smaller tires and went icons 2.0s and Im pulling them off after 20k miles. I prefer the ride of my bigger tire on stock struts than the stiff as a board "performance coilovers" that are adjusted down to near stock height. Washboard they sick as bad as stock regardless of speed. They do absorb some bumps better at 45+ offroad, but with the terrain I live in those speeds aren't sustainable.
So I vote level and 33s or 4" and 35s lol

Ive had both narrow stocker type tires and wide/r and lifted trucks just don’t like right unless there’s some beef to them. I might just go with more sidewall and the 17’s. Tires and wheels likely cheaper too than the 20’s. I think a “truck” looks better with a taller sidewall too.
My current 2016 F250 diesel with a 3.5” lift and 20’s, I was running 35-12.5-20 Firestone Destination MT and even running less air pressure, they still rode like crap no different than any MT though. I was so fed up I decided to run same size Michelin Defender LTX M/S and man what an incredible ride. I might just continue running them on this new F150 in a 33 but not sure.
Glad you mentioned the Fox vs factory because this is exactly what my dealer is telling me, the factory shocks are fine. That’ll save me a few grand too then

I kept the stock shocks for roughly 600 miles. Would have changed them sooner, but Bilstein's were out of stock. Never even considered changing the ones on my '08 or '03 SD. Not sure what year they changed, but the factory struts/shocks are pretty bad now.

I'm of the opinion that too many people drool over the raptor and ....
1) think they should mod an f150, spend stupid amounts of money making some frankencrap truck with zero value added.
2) think they should mod an f150, spend 90% of stupid amounts of money in the quest to make some wannabe frankencrap raptor and just give up..
Both scenarios end in the owner finally coming to terms with the fact that it would have made sense to simply buy a raptor... After much frustration, probably tears, and certainly money.
That's just my opinion on the matter, it's worth exactly what you paid for it, there will be someone shortly to come along screaming about how I don't know jack and whatever else. These are the immutable laws of the internet, after all.

I pulled this photo off the net and pretty sure this is a Rousch build. Anyone know what wheels and tires these are ?? I’d be quite content with this look.
anyone know how much lift, plus tire and wheel size or what Rousch does to get this look. Pretty sharp
