Help me order some interior dash parts.

2105 F150 Supercrew XLT w/MyFordTouch.

I'm looking for the tray and mat that go above the radio so I can cut some holes in them while preserving the OEM parts in case I want to go back to stock. I pulled apart the dash to get the part numbers, but from Ford Parts or TASCA parts, the numbers don't match.

The first two pics are the molded in mat part number and the second two pics are the molded in tray (apparently called "instrument panel cover") part number. The mat is fl3b-15044l06-b and the tray is fl3b-15044a92-b.

However, TASCA gives me 3 options on the tray depending on the number of speakers I have and I'm clueless. If I put my VIN in to the ford parts site, its seems more reasonable in giving me one choice.

But none of the part numbers match what is molded into the parts. TASCA gives me FL3Z-1504338-BC for the tray and FL3Z-15045G34-BA for the mat (best guess of the available options). Ford only gives partial numbers, with the tray being 042A82 and the mat 045G34.

Anyone know the way to decode this mess?

Disregard the numbers on the parts. Those are engineering numbers and will not match up.

Viper: Your post does no good as it just echos what I've posted. Of the three configurations of the tray, which is mine? The prices are batter than TASCA though.

Hosseface: Thanks. Figured as much.

Since I had to use my VIN on the ford parts site and it only gives one choice for each part, I guess I have to assume its correct for my particular VIN. But the pricing isn't as good as other places and I cannot cross reference the part numbers.

Look at item 7,8,and 9 from what you had posted is what you need if not then I am confused.

Click on item 7. You get 3 choices. Which one is right?

That's the question. How do I know. I think I need the 5/7 speaker one. The mat has 2 choices. Neither one is for 5/7 speakers.
