I have the same lift, no problems. With that stated they balance and aligned my truck with installation.

I hope you get things worked out.

There's no driveshaft spacer on Rough Country lifts.

Did they perform alignment or just make it drive-able until you go get an alignment?

It does just sound like a tire out of balance though.

To be honest I don't even know. I assume they do an alignment but that is a damn good question. Nothing on the work order says anything about an alignment. hmmmm wouldn't you think it would be standard? ???? There are weights on the wheel so they did do some type of balance

Meant out of square. It was only a half inch total (1/4 both sides). Not sure if something was bent or somehow magically slipped.
