Any other ideas? I need to fish them out from under the seat but it's not flat and that makes it tough.

I am using a coat hanger to fish them out. I have pulled over 100 coins out already and it still sounds full when I bang on it right at the bend that goes into the console. It takes a lot of work to just get one coin out. It's going to take forever.

Buy a gerbil, get a tube and put a coin in it. When he comes out with the coin, give him a tasty treat. Repeat many, many times until he does it on cue, every time. Then, let him loose in your truck. Make sure you have lots of treats on hand. Foolproof idea!

I hope they are mostly quarters, and it's paying you at least minimum wage...

Good luck,,,, I'm still jealous that you are able to hear them....

I am presently detailing cars for a FORD shop. I have in fact used a smaller hose on a shop vac, and retrieved alot of stuff out of that vent.

It takes a while, BUT, it will work !!

A word of warning. If you do take off the console trim or other trim for that matter make sure you have some spare clips. I found that some of the clips will pull off the trim piece and fall down behind the console and into the carpet gap. The only way to retrieve them is the full removal of the console.
