Hellwig Sway Bar Installed w/ pics
I took my truck to the local shop and had it installed for $120. The instructions didn't seem terribly difficult but not enough time with work and home life.
Gotta say that this might be one of the best mods I have done to the truck. I don't do much off roading, mostly city driving. I can feel the difference on the potholes in Austin and well as tighter turns.
The ride changed drastically after the 6" lift as was expected but the Hellwig sway bar helped neutralize a lot of the bounce in the rear end.
Very happy and would suggest this bar to anyone.

A local shop charged me about $100 dollars as well. The transformation is incredible. I've had it light offroad as well without any deliterious effects. Anyone done the front bar?

I bought my truck two weeks ago and decided to paint the rear axle before I installed the bar. Installation took me a couple of hours tho, because I did not want to use some of the fasteners included in the kit, so I had to crawl out from under the truck a few times and make a couple of trips to hardware and fastener stores.
